The Poor Scepter of Patrick Romanov is a 832 years old piece made by Patrick Romanov, a jester living in Moscow.
Considering its age and the quality of the work, people consider it of little value.
It is engraved with european patterns and some symbols pertaining to Catholic.
This piece doesn't exist, but as a legend. It is said that in the year 2035, Sato Romanov, the owner, made use of it in Tokyo to empower the Romanov family. Now it is lost, or broken, we will never know.
