Teriahi Butemwekin, (-2726, -2634) was a farmer in Enkapune Ya Muto.
Teriahi believed in Shamanism.
He lived mostly in extreme poverty. Simply eating was an issue, most of the days. He belonged to the low caste of the society, and had some friends among the servants, beggars and workers. He had only a basic knowledge that summed up to a few oral stories from childhood. He was force of nature, and people saw in their body and beauty the incarnation of a god. He was soft-spirited, rejecting any responsability.
Teriahi, 77 years old, farmer, became the new leader of the family.
At the age of 92, Teriahi spent time socializing with people in Enkapune Ya Muto. He made some strong friendships (and a couple of enemies). A few days later, Teriahi set himself the goal of being rich. At the same time, Teriahi fell in love with Zegiga, a charming woman, 43 years old, a fisher. Both married and lived together from now on.
A few days later, Zegiga got pregnant, and gave birth to an ugly boy named Gwafa.
