Ometeko Nedjehcox, (-1855, ?) was a jeweler in Aksum.
Ometeko believed in Ancient Egyptian religion.
She was rich, and owned many houses, many goods. Among these possessions, she began an art collection. As a noble, she had a strong power over most of the society. Anyone tried to gain their favors. She was seen as a true poet, and legends says that she couldn't live without reading and writing. Years after, some of the works Ometeko made are still enjoyed and sometimes studied. She was vigorous, muscular, and had a near perfect body. In the life, she was able to take a few important life-changing decisions.
