Karimala Chapusanaell, (1347, 1393) was a town crier in Aksum.
Karimala believed in Berber religion.
She earned enough to live a decent life, but was sometimes a little bit short. She lived as an outcast. To tell the truth, in Aksum, she gained the trust or the friendship of no one. She was known to have a good technical knowledge of their job and some pieces of general knowledge. She could read and write a little bit. She was strong, beautiful, and long lived. She was considered strong-willed, a leader at heart.
Karimala, 36 years old, town crier, became the new leader of the family.
10 years later, Karimala invested time and efforts into a special artistic creation, but it wasn't a success, for she had no enough culture. People made fun of her attempt at creation, and Karimala lost courage. A few weeks later, Karimala gave money to the poor. Soon after, Karimala fell in love with Udumebraye, an average looking man, 27 years old, a burglar. Both married and lived together from now on.
The same day, Karimala got pregnant and gave birth to an adorable baby. However, the baby died in the following year by accidental poisoning. The whole family was shaken.
