Khabekhnet Tamago, (1069, 1146) was a fisher in Aksum.
Khabekhnet believed in Animism.
He was rich, and owned many houses, many goods. Among these possessions, he began an art collection. He was considered as belonging to the lowest caste. However, he made some friends among it. He was known to have a good technical knowledge of their job and some pieces of general knowledge. He could read and write a little bit. He was strong, beautiful, and long lived. He was a determined one, living an independant way of life.
Khabekhnet, 49 years old, fisher, became the new leader of a new branch of the family.
In the year 1131, Khabekhnet decided to settle somewhere else. He packed a few possessions and departed for a new place. The departure was sponsored by a local figure that gave him a recommandation, so he would be welcomed wherever he went. The family settled in Chinguetti. The same day, Khabekhnet spend a lot of time in nature and developed a very personal philosophy. Nine months after, Khabekhnet fell in love with Kesandu, a charming woman, 35 years old, a fisher. Both married and lived together from now on.
Later, Kesandu got pregnant and gave birth to an adorable baby boy, but he was weak and died the first night. Kesandu got heartbroken.
At the age of 77, Khabekhnet invested time and efforts into a special artistic creation, but it wasn't a success, for he had no enough culture. People made fun of his attempt at creation, and Khabekhnet lost courage. A few weeks later, Khabekhnet had to help financially a friend in need.
Khabekhnet died in his bed, with all his friends by his side.
