Mongo , (-774, -711) was a lumberjack in Samun Dukiya.
Mongo believed in Animism.
He lived a life of poverty. He was able to eat and sleep under a shelter, but ended with having no possession at all. He belonged to the low caste of the society, and had some friends among the servants, beggars and workers. People saw Mongo as cultivated, eager to read and learn when possible, and mastering writing, which he did for friends. He was vigorous, muscular, and had a near perfect body. He was iron-willed, achieving any goal he set.
Mongo, 50 years old, lumberjack, became the new leader of the family.
Aged 63, Mongo understood that only by helping each other one can truly live. Later, Mongo sold everything he didn't use. Nine months after, Mongo was driven away from Danangombe for being different. The travel was fascinating, and he learned many things on the road. The family settled in Samun Dukiya.
