Ishtar-ibbi Bitakin, (-1222, -1152) was a merchant in Babylon.
Ishtar-ibbi believed in Ancient Mesopotamian religion.
She lived an opulent life, owning more than she could actually assess on even spend, including houses and fancy goods. She owned very precious, unique art pieces in a private collection. The legend says that she could buy anything in the world if she wanted to. She was considered a standard citizen of their society, with as much power than most of the people. She was of a sophisticated culture, masters a couple of languages, and always curious to understand other cultures. She was strong, beautiful, and long lived. She was mostly indecisive, usually accepting any order from anyone.
Ishtar-ibbi, 38 years old, merchant, became the new leader of the family.
Aged 50, Ishtar-ibbi spent time and money for the people that needed help. Later, Ishtar-ibbi bought some new personal things at a fair price.
At the age of 58, Ishtar-ibbi spent time and wealth to improve her living space. Now it was much more comfortable, and beautiful. At the same time, Ishtar-ibbi enlisted in a local militia. Nine months after, Ishtar-ibbi fasted on a regular basis.
In the year -1152, Ishtar-ibbi looked for a child to adopt. Ishtar-ibbi found a very small boy named Yagiz left alone. Yagiz became part of the family from now on. At the same time, Ishtar-ibbi sold her neighbour to the autorities.
