Euergetis Bitakin, (1371, ?) was a farmer in Knossos.
Euergetis believed in Sunni Islam.
She lived mostly in extreme poverty. Simply eating was an issue, most of the days. She lived as an outcast. To tell the truth, in Knossos, she gained the trust or the friendship of no one. People saw Euergetis as cultivated, eager to read and learn when possible, and mastering writing, which she did for friends. She was robust, stunning, and never got sick a single time. She was known as resolute, with a true entrepreneur spirit.
