Emetemedia Mongoson, (-1584, -1513) was a executioner in Katsina-Ala.
Emetemedia believed in Animism.
She lived a life of poverty. She was able to eat and sleep under a shelter, but ended with having no possession at all. She was considered as belonging to the lowest caste. However, she made some friends among it. She was known to have a good technical knowledge of their job and some pieces of general knowledge. She could read and write a little bit. She was force of nature, and people saw in their body and beauty the incarnation of a god. She was mostly indecisive, usually accepting any order from anyone.
Emetemedia, 58 years old, executioner, became the new leader of a new branch of the family.
13 years later, Emetemedia invested time and efforts into a special artistic creation, but it wasn't a success, for she had no enough culture. People made fun of her attempt at creation, and Emetemedia lost courage. Half a year later, Emetemedia found a beautiful jewel while walking in the wilds nearby Katsina-Ala. A little while after, Emetemedia was praised for her work.
Emetemedia died peacefully in her sleep.
