Ometeko Yagizkin, (-1339, -1253) was a leather worker in Tlokwe.
Ometeko believed in Shamanism.
She lived mostly in extreme poverty. Simply eating was an issue, most of the days. She lived as an outcast. To tell the truth, in Tlokwe, she gained the trust or the friendship of no one. She had a refined culture, and was known to read, and sometimes write, for pleasure. She was force of nature, and people saw in their body and beauty the incarnation of a god. She was mostly indecisive, usually accepting any order from anyone.
Ometeko, 50 years old, leather worker, became the new leader of the family.
8 years later, Ometeko spent a lot of time thinking and meditating about her beliefs. On the next full moon, Ometeko became ambitious.
Aged 71, Ometeko decided to visit the world. She went on a long journey and reached Enkapune Ya Muto, in Africa : a long cave under a rocky hill and over a green savannah. The travel did change her, making her stronger than before. Then she came back and was quite happy to find her house and family. On the next full moon, Ometeko set herself the goal of being rich. Soon after, Ometeko fell in love with Habtamu, a beautiful man, 37 years old, a slave. Both married and lived together from now on.
Aged 86, Ometeko needed more love in her life and began to flirt around. Ometeko had a passionate affair with Markunda, a stunning woman, 71 years old, a slave. People around disliked this extramarital affair. Half a year later, Ometeko was selected for being a jury. Half a year later, Ometeko sheltered some lost animals.
