Mansa Blagadouille, (-1254, ?) was a thief in Katsina-Ala.
Mansa believed in Shamanism.
She lived a life of poverty. She was able to eat and sleep under a shelter, but ended with having no possession at all. She belonged to the low caste of the society, and had some friends among the servants, beggars and workers. She was known to have a good technical knowledge of their job and some pieces of general knowledge. She could read and write a little bit. She was physically powerful, with a perfect body in a perfect health.She was iron-willed, achieving any goal she set.
Mansa, 34 years old, thief, became the new leader of the family.
8 years later, Mansa invested time and efforts into a special artistic creation, but it wasn't a success, for she had no enough culture. People made fun of her attempt at creation, and Mansa lost courage. Nine months after, Mansa had her house burned in an accident.
5 years later, Mansa decided to donate a family treasure to the community : the basket. Now, it was exhibited and everyone could admire it. That choice granted the family little fame. At the same time, Mansa moved into a bigger home.
