Bita Nguyengil, (-620, ?) was a butcher in Nishapur.
Bita believed in Zoroastrianism.
She lived a life of absolute poverty. Eating or sleeping in a safe place was a constant struggle. She was considered a standard citizen of their society, with as much power than most of the people. People saw Bita as cultivated, eager to read and learn when possible, and mastering writing, which she did for friends. She was force of nature, and people saw in their body and beauty the incarnation of a god. She was mostly indecisive, usually accepting any order from anyone.
