Makena Kriegerazen, (-1913, -1824) was a brick maker in Ife.
Makena believed in Shamanism.
She lived mostly in extreme poverty. Simply eating was an issue, most of the days. She lived as an outcast. To tell the truth, in Ife, she gained the trust or the friendship of no one. People saw Makena as cultivated, eager to read and learn when possible, and mastering writing, which she did for friends. She was robust, stunning, and never got sick a single time. She was known to be lazy, barely waking up in the morning.
Makena, 84 years old, brick maker, became the new leader of a new branch of the family.
5 years later, Makena wanted to find the love of her live and marry. She began to look for a suitable spouse in Ife. Makena fell in love with Udad, a charming man, 17 years old, a slave. Both married and lived together from now on. On the next full moon, Makena saw a shooting star and made a special wish. The same day, Makena became angry.
Makena died in her bed, with all her friends by her side.
