Abeba Abiditanell, (-1823, -1762) was a seaman in Ife.
Abeba believed in Animism.
She lived an opulent life, owning more than she could actually assess on even spend, including houses and fancy goods. She owned very precious, unique art pieces in a private collection. The legend says that she could buy anything in the world if she wanted to. She belonged to an influential family that could help in any occasion. Moreover, she was seen as belonging to the low nobility and as such, was somewhat courtised by many people. She was of a sophisticated culture, masters a couple of languages, and always curious to understand other cultures. She was strong, beautiful, and long lived. She had an unbending mind, always reaching their goal.
Abeba, 28 years old, seaman, became the new leader of the family.
Aged 38, Abeba looked for a child to adopt. Abeba found a beautiful boy named Uloho left alone. Uloho became part of the family from now on. Soon after, Abeba began to fear death. Half a year later, Abeba fell in love with Adebiyi, an average looking man, 37 years old, a latrines keeper. Both married and lived together from now on.
The same day, Abeba got pregnant and gave birth to an adorable baby. However, the baby died in the following year by accidental poisoning. The whole family was shaken.
In the year -1773, Abeba invested all her time and energy in her work. Later, Abeba rescued someone from a fire and was admired for that.
Aged 61, Abeba invested time and efforts into a special craft : a valuable rope. People admired her for this work and Abeba decided to keep it as a family treasure. A few weeks later, Abeba became ambitious.
