Wagguten Bailiffer, (1703, 1778) was a slave in Casablanca.
Wagguten believed in Berber religion.
He lived mostly in extreme poverty. Simply eating was an issue, most of the days. He was considered as belonging to the lowest caste. However, he made some friends among it. He was known to have a good technical knowledge of their job and some pieces of general knowledge. He could read and write a little bit. He was force of nature, and people saw in their body and beauty the incarnation of a god. He was iron-willed, achieving any goal he set.
Wagguten, 65 years old, slave, became the new leader of the family.
At the age of 70, Wagguten wanted to find the love of his live and marry. He began to look for a suitable spouse in Aksum. Wagguten fell in love with Emetemedia, a monstrous looking woman, 18 years old, a brick maker. Both married and lived together from now on. Soon after, Wagguten had a fight with his best friend and got heartbroken. Nine months after, Wagguten blackmailed a famous figure in Aksum to gain influence.
Half a year later, Emetemedia got pregnant, and gave birth to a huge baby girl named Sekhmakh.
At the age of 75, Wagguten decided to settle somewhere else. He packed a few possessions and departed for a new place. The departure was sponsored by a local figure that gave him a recommandation, so he would be welcomed wherever he went. The family settled in Casablanca. At the same time, Wagguten moved into a bigger home.
At the same time, Emetemedia got pregnant, and gave birth to an adorable boy named Buneb.
