Hemaka Chefoui, (1130, 1215) was a porter in Oualata.
Hemaka believed in Berber religion.
Financially, he was well under average. He had struggles to meet ends every other week. He was considered as belonging to the lowest caste. However, he made some friends among it. He was known to have a good technical knowledge of their job and some pieces of general knowledge. He could read and write a little bit. He was vigorous, muscular, and had a near perfect body. In the life, he was able to take a few important life-changing decisions.
Hemaka, 63 years old, porter, became the new leader of the family.
In the year 1203, Hemaka invested all his time and energy in his work. On the first day of the month after, Hemaka decided to get up early each morning. The same day, Hemaka fell in love with Kahina, a charming woman, 28 years old, a soldier. Both married and lived together from now on.
A few weeks later, Kahina got pregnant and gave birth to an adorable baby. However, the baby died in the following month for no apparent reason. The whole family was shaken.
