Makena Jotun, (-1442, -1389) was a burglar in Tlokwe.
Makena believed in Animism.
She lived a life of absolute poverty. Eating or sleeping in a safe place was a constant struggle. She was considered as belonging to the lowest caste. However, she made some friends among it. People saw Makena as cultivated, eager to read and learn when possible, and mastering writing, which she did for friends. She had a sane way of life, exercising regurlarly. She was considered spiritless, and unable to make a decision.
Makena, 48 years old, burglar, became the new leader of a new branch of the family.
5 years later, Makena did commit suicide by immolation. However, the suicide attempt failed. Makena came back stronger from this experience. Soon after, Makena bought some farm animals. Half a year later, Makena was praised for her work. Soon after, Makena fell in love with Udad, a beautiful man, 34 years old, a beggar. Both married and lived together from now on.
