Yasmin Saifan, (1851, 1944) was a thief in Ouagadougou.
Yasmin believed in Anglicanism.
Financially, she was well under average. She had struggles to meet ends every other week. She lived as an outcast. To tell the truth, in Ouagadougou, she gained the trust or the friendship of no one. She was seen as a true poet, and legends says that she couldn't live without reading and writing. Years after, some of the works Yasmin made are still enjoyed and sometimes studied. She was vigorous, muscular, and had a near perfect body. She was iron-willed, achieving any goal she set.
Yasmin, 72 years old, thief, became the new leader of the family.
In the year 1932, Yasmin decided to visit the world. She went on a long journey and reached Ambohimanga, in Africa : a big fortress-city in the middle of numerous, cultivated, fields. The departure was sponsored by a local figure that gave her a recommandation, so she would be welcomed wherever she went. Then she came back and was quite happy to find her house and family. At the same time, Yasmin had a big fight and broke ties with a member of the family. A few days later, Yasmin fell in love with Buneb, a beautiful man, 38 years old, a farmer. Both married and lived together from now on.
12 years later, Yasmin understood that only by helping each other one can truly live. A few days later, Yasmin found a special place near Ouagadougou where she spent time to meditate.
