Nekesa Prosiz, (-2105, ?) was a merchant in Thebes - Luxor.
Nekesa believed in Shamanism.
She lived a life of poverty. She was able to eat and sleep under a shelter, but ended with having no possession at all. She was considered a standard citizen of their society, with as much power than most of the people. She was seen as a true poet, and legends says that she couldn't live without reading and writing. Years after, some of the works Nekesa made are still enjoyed and sometimes studied. She was force of nature, and people saw in their body and beauty the incarnation of a god. She was known as resolute, with a true entrepreneur spirit.
