Alara Robertin, (-1762, -1701) was a leather worker in Katsina-Ala.
Alara believed in Shamanism.
He lived mostly in extreme poverty. Simply eating was an issue, most of the days. He was considered as belonging to the lowest caste. However, he made some friends among it. He had a low knowledge of life, summing up to some technical tricks and tales from Katsina-Ala. He was strong, beautiful, and long lived. He was considered spiritless, and unable to make a decision.
Alara, 52 years old, soldier, became the new leader of the family.
Aged 61, Alara had an opportunity to change his activity. After some time and some learning, he became leather worker. Soon after, Alara moved into a bigger home. On the first day of the month after, Alara survived tetanus. Soon after, Alara fell in love with Cleopatra, a stunning woman, 36 years old, a fisher. Both married and lived together from now on.
A few days later, Cleopatra got pregnant and gave birth to an adorable baby. However, the baby died in the following month for no apparent reason. The whole family was shaken.
