Nedjem Witchgil, (1097, 1147) was a salt miner in Kaditshwene.
Nedjem believed in Berber religion.
He lived a life of poverty. He was able to eat and sleep under a shelter, but ended with having no possession at all. He was considered as belonging to the lowest caste. However, he made some friends among it. People saw Nedjem as cultivated, eager to read and learn when possible, and mastering writing, which he did for friends. He was physically powerful, with a perfect body in a perfect health.He was iron-willed, achieving any goal he set.
Nedjem, 40 years old, salt miner, became the new leader of the family.
In the year 1147, Nedjem spent time and money for the people that needed help. On the next full moon, Nedjem made a good business deal. On the first day of the month after, Nedjem began drawing for pleasure.
