Dawud Halias, (-1296, -1219) was a carpenter in Babylon.
Dawud believed in Yazdanism.
He lived a life of poverty. He was able to eat and sleep under a shelter, but ended with having no possession at all. He was rather respected though seen as belonging to the middle class. However, he could access to many opportunities. He had a refined culture, and was known to read, and sometimes write, for pleasure. He was force of nature, and people saw in their body and beauty the incarnation of a god. He was iron-willed, achieving any goal he set.
Dawud, 63 years old, carpenter, became the new leader of a new branch of the family.
At the age of 69, Dawud spent time and wealth to improve his living space. Now it was much more comfortable, and beautiful. Soon after, Dawud invested in a better food. A little while after, Dawud mortified himself for his sins. Soon after, Dawud fell in love with Belinay, a beautiful woman, 36 years old, a goldsmith. Both married and lived together from now on.
On the next full moon, Belinay got pregnant, and gave birth to a huge baby girl named Ishtar-ibbi.
8 years later, Dawud spent time socializing with people in Babylon. He made some strong friendships (and a couple of enemies). On the next full moon, Dawud spend some time talking with a traveler.
Half a year later, Belinay got pregnant, and gave birth to a very small boy named Iraj.
