Kesandu Yeomanell, (-1541, -1489) was a fisher in Engaruka.
Kesandu believed in Shamanism.
She lived a life of poverty. She was able to eat and sleep under a shelter, but ended with having no possession at all. She lived as an outcast. To tell the truth, in Engaruka, she gained the trust or the friendship of no one. People saw Kesandu as cultivated, eager to read and learn when possible, and mastering writing, which she did for friends. She was strong, beautiful, and long lived. She was considered spiritless, and unable to make a decision.
Kesandu, 39 years old, fisher, became the new leader of a new branch of the family.
13 years later, Kesandu understood that only the fittest can survive and swore to be the best. Soon after, Kesandu gave some political ideas that were appreciated in her community. The same day, Kesandu made a good business deal.
