Ishtar-ibbi Shepherdson, (-1701, ?) was a leather worker in Akkad.
Ishtar-ibbi believed in Ancient Mesopotamian religion.
She lived a life of poverty. She was able to eat and sleep under a shelter, but ended with having no possession at all. She was considered as belonging to the lowest caste. However, she made some friends among it. She was seen as a true poet, and legends says that she couldn't live without reading and writing. Years after, some of the works Ishtar-ibbi made are still enjoyed and sometimes studied. She was strong, beautiful, and long lived. She was mostly indecisive, usually accepting any order from anyone.
