Jol Kesanduson, (964, 1050) was a winemaker in Katsina-Ala.
Jol believed in Shamanism.
She lived mostly in extreme poverty. Simply eating was an issue, most of the days. She was considered as belonging to the lowest caste. However, she made some friends among it. People saw Jol as cultivated, eager to read and learn when possible, and mastering writing, which she did for friends. She was force of nature, and people saw in their body and beauty the incarnation of a god. She was iron-willed, achieving any goal she set.
Jol, 45 years old, winemaker, became the new leader of the family.
Aged 57, Jol looked for a child to adopt. Jol found a very small boy named Ejikeme left alone. Ejikeme became part of the family from now on. A little while after, Jol wrote a song. A few weeks later, Jol fell in love with Fasika, a monstrous looking man, 34 years old, a weaver. Both married and lived together from now on.
At the age of 71, Jol needed more love in her life and began to flirt around. Jol had a passionate affair with Nekesa, an ugly woman, 57 years old, a thief. People around disliked this extramarital affair. Fasika was heartbroken by this situation and left Jol and Katsina-Ala forever. Nine months after, Jol had her house burned in an accident. The same day, Jol fell in love with Baragsen, an average looking man, 38 years old, a messenger. Both married and lived together from now on.
Aged 86, Jol spent a lot of time thinking and meditating about her beliefs. On the next full moon, Jol had her house burned in an accident.
