Meddur Samuelson, (-1296, -1234) was a merchant in Meroe.
Meddur believed in Ancient Egyptian religion.
He lived mostly in extreme poverty. Simply eating was an issue, most of the days. He was considered as belonging to the lowest caste. However, he made some friends among it. People saw Meddur as cultivated, eager to read and learn when possible, and mastering writing, which he did for friends. He was force of nature, and people saw in their body and beauty the incarnation of a god. He was iron-willed, achieving any goal he set.
Meddur, 52 years old, merchant, became the new leader of the family.
10 years later, Meddur spent time and wealth to improve his living space. Now it was much more comfortable, and beautiful. On the first day of the month after, Meddur dreamed of a better place. The same day, Meddur had his house burned in an accident. Half a year later, Meddur fell in love with Gadise, an ugly woman, 33 years old, a executioner. Both married and lived together from now on.
A few weeks later, Gadise got pregnant, and gave birth to a huge baby girl named Ananda.
