Chepkirui Frank, (281, 341) was a salt miner in Kaditshwene.
Chepkirui believed in Berber religion.
She lived a life of poverty. She was able to eat and sleep under a shelter, but ended with having no possession at all. She belonged to the low caste of the society, and had some friends among the servants, beggars and workers. People saw Chepkirui as cultivated, eager to read and learn when possible, and mastering writing, which she did for friends. She was strong, beautiful, and long lived. She was known to be lazy, barely waking up in the morning.
Chepkirui, 46 years old, salt miner, became the new leader of the family.
Aged 60, Chepkirui decided to go back to where her family came. She packed a few possessions and departed for a the old place she often talked about. On the road, she had to cross some borders and blend into the natives, hiding her true culture. The family settled in Kaditshwene. At the same time, Chepkirui made a good business deal. On the first day of the month after, Chepkirui became violent and people began to fear her.
