Mert Bangkok, (-1147, -1101) was a brick maker in Jerusalem.
Mert believed in Ancient Mesopotamian religion.
He lived mostly in extreme poverty. Simply eating was an issue, most of the days. He was considered as belonging to the lowest caste. However, he made some friends among it. He was seen as a true poet, and legends says that he couldn't live without reading and writing. Years after, some of the works Mert made are still enjoyed and sometimes studied. He was weak, and fell ill all the time. He was mostly indecisive, usually accepting any order from anyone.
Mert, 31 years old, brick maker, became the new leader of the family.
15 years later, Mert spent time socializing with people in Jerusalem. He made some strong friendships (and a couple of enemies). Later, Mert enlisted in a local militia. A few days later, Mert brought justice in his neighborough.
Mert died peacefully in his sleep.
At the age of 31, Mert, 31 years old, brick maker, became the new leader of the family.
