She lived mostly in extreme poverty. Simply eating was an issue, most of the days. She belonged to the low caste of the society, and had some friends among the servants, beggars and workers. She had a low knowledge of life, summing up to some technical tricks and tales from Ngwenya Mine. She was vigorous, muscular, and had a near perfect body. She was mostly indecisive, usually accepting any order from anyone.
Ogheneme, 68 years old, brick maker, became the new leader of a new branch of the family.
Aged 81, Ogheneme decided to settle somewhere else. She packed a few possessions and departed for a new place. The travel did change her, making her stronger than before. The family settled in Ngwenya Mine. Soon after, Ogheneme gave some political ideas that were appreciated in her community. A few weeks later, Ogheneme baked the perfect food. Half a year later, Ogheneme fell in love with Kaa, a charming man, 33 years old, a copper smith. Both married and lived together from now on.
