Khorshid Nedjemgil, (-2198, -2127) was a porter in Ur.
Khorshid believed in Folk religion.
She lived a life of absolute poverty. Eating or sleeping in a safe place was a constant struggle. She lived as an outcast. To tell the truth, in Ur, she gained the trust or the friendship of no one. She had only a basic knowledge that summed up to a few oral stories from childhood. She was force of nature, and people saw in their body and beauty the incarnation of a god. She was known to be lazy, barely waking up in the morning.
Khorshid, 64 years old, porter, became the new leader of a new branch of the family.
In the year -2127, Khorshid invested all her time and energy in her work. The same day, Khorshid was afraid to spend a life devoid of purpose. Half a year later, Khorshid had a mystic vision. On the next full moon, Khorshid fell in love with Bakshishum, a monstrous looking man, 30 years old, a servant. Both married and lived together from now on.
Khorshid died of exhaustion after a normal day of work.
