He lived a life of absolute poverty. Eating or sleeping in a safe place was a constant struggle. He lived as an outcast. To tell the truth, in Adulis, he gained the trust or the friendship of no one. People saw Lweendo as cultivated, eager to read and learn when possible, and mastering writing, which he did for friends. He was robust, stunning, and never got sick a single time. He was considered spiritless, and unable to make a decision.
Lweendo, 44 years old, slave, became the new leader of a new branch of the family.
14 years later, Lweendo understood that only the fittest can survive and swore to be the best. A few weeks later, Lweendo mourned the loss of a dear friend. At the same time, Lweendo broke a leg.
At the age of 67, Lweendo decided to improve his knowledge. He found a mentor that teached him many new useful and wonderful things. A few days later, Lweendo had a fight with his best friend and got heartbroken.
At the age of 75, Lweendo invested time and efforts into a special craft : a ridiculous wood sculpture. People admired him for this work and Lweendo decided to keep it as a family treasure. Later, Lweendo was rejected from his community.
