However, she made some friends among it. People saw Menhet as cultivated, eager to read and learn when possible, and mastering writing, which she did for friends. She was vigorous, muscular, and had a near perfect body. She was a determined one, living an independant way of life.

At the age of 63, Menhet wanted to find the love of her live and marry. She began to look for a suitable spouse in Adulis. Menhet fell in love with Gwafa, a monstrous looking man, 23 years old, a shepherd. Both married and lived together from now on. A few days later, Menhet began a collection.
