Sekhmakh Rasu, (-1515, ?) was a brick maker in Ife.
Sekhmakh believed in Animism.
She was rich, and owned many houses, many goods. Among these possessions, she began an art collection. She was considered as a worker, belonging to the laborer caste of the society. She had struggles in accessing safe and well payed jobs and businesses. However, she made many friends. She had a refined culture, and was known to read, and sometimes write, for pleasure. She had a frail body, unfit for physical duties. She was soft-spirited, rejecting any responsability.
Sekhmakh, 35 years old, brick maker, became the new leader of a new branch of the family.
