Akpobome Amar, (-1892, -1830) was a jeweler in Naqa.
Akpobome believed in Shamanism.
He earned enough to live a decent life, but was sometimes a little bit short. He was considered as a worker, belonging to the laborer caste of the society. He had struggles in accessing safe and well payed jobs and businesses. However, he made many friends. He was of a sophisticated culture, masters a couple of languages, and always curious to understand other cultures. He was force of nature, and people saw in their body and beauty the incarnation of a god. He was iron-willed, achieving any goal he set.
Akpobome, 48 years old, jeweler, became the new leader of the family.
In the year -1830, Akpobome wanted to find the love of his live and marry. He began to look for a suitable spouse in Naqa. Akpobome fell in love with Chibarameze, an average looking woman, 26 years old, a carpenter. Both married and lived together from now on. On the first day of the month after, Akpobome went through a depression. A few days later, Akpobome blackmailed a famous figure in Naqa to gain influence.
On the next full moon, Chibarameze got pregnant, and gave birth to a beautiful girl named Wawuda.
