Kyela Bakeroff, (-1922, -1873) was a jeweler in Ife.
Kyela believed in Ancient Egyptian religion.
He earned enough to live a decent life, but was sometimes a little bit short. He belonged to the low caste of the society, and had some friends among the servants, beggars and workers. People saw Kyela as cultivated, eager to read and learn when possible, and mastering writing, which he did for friends. He had a sane way of life, exercising regurlarly. He was considered strong-willed, a leader at heart.
Kyela, 20 years old, jeweler, became the new leader of the family.
Aged 30, Kyela invested all his time and energy in his work. The same day, Kyela took a disciple. A few weeks later, Kyela got a neverending hiccup. Soon after, Kyela fell in love with Ogheneme, a stunning woman, 40 years old, a servant. Both married and lived together from now on.
A little while after, Ogheneme got pregnant and gave birth to an adorable baby. However, the baby died in the following year by accidental poisoning. The whole family was shaken.
At the age of 36, Kyela understood that only the fittest can survive and swore to be the best. Later, Kyela inherited from a friend.
On the first day of the month after, Ogheneme got pregnant and gave birth to an adorable baby. However, the baby died in the following year by a mysterious disease. The whole family was shaken.
13 years later, Kyela spent time socializing with people in Ife. He made some strong friendships (and a couple of enemies). Later, Kyela created a tradition of an annual family meeting.
