Chepkirui Puresang, (-1681, -1634) was a burglar in Volubilis.
Chepkirui believed in Ancient Egyptian religion.
She lived a life of absolute poverty. Eating or sleeping in a safe place was a constant struggle. She lived as an outcast. To tell the truth, in Volubilis, she gained the trust or the friendship of no one. She had only a basic knowledge that summed up to a few oral stories from childhood. She was vigorous, muscular, and had a near perfect body. She was known to be lazy, barely waking up in the morning.
Chepkirui, 34 years old, burglar, became the new leader of the family.
13 years later, Chepkirui decided to enjoy life. She spent everything she earned for the pleasure of the body and the mind. Many people in Volubilis were invited to enjoy life with her, and thus, she made many friends. The same day, Chepkirui had to help financially a friend in need. On the next full moon, Chepkirui fell in love with Nedjeh, a stunning man, 41 years old, a farmer. Both married and lived together from now on.
At the same time, Chepkirui got pregnant, and gave birth to a beautiful boy named Udumebraye.
