Ishtar-ibbi Myst, (992, ?) was a monarch in Istanbul / Constantinople / Byzantium.
Ishtar-ibbi believed in Manichaeism.
She lived a life of poverty. She was able to eat and sleep under a shelter, but ended with having no possession at all. As a member of the highest nobility, she was a powerful and influential citizen known all around the country. She could alter some governemental decisions. People saw Ishtar-ibbi as cultivated, eager to read and learn when possible, and mastering writing, which she did for friends. She was vigorous, muscular, and had a near perfect body. She was considered strong-willed, a leader at heart.
