Tafsut believed in Berber religion.
She lived a life of poverty. She was able to eat and sleep under a shelter, but ended with having no possession at all. She belonged to the low caste of the society, and had some friends among the servants, beggars and workers. She was known to have a good technical knowledge of their job and some pieces of general knowledge. She could read and write a little bit. She had a sane way of life, exercising regurlarly. She was a determined one, living an independant way of life.
