Uloho believed in Shamanism.
He lived a life of poverty. He was able to eat and sleep under a shelter, but ended with having no possession at all. He was considered as belonging to the lowest caste. However, he made some friends among it. He had only a basic knowledge that summed up to a few oral stories from childhood. He was vigorous, muscular, and had a near perfect body. He was considered strong-willed, a leader at heart.
Uloho, 47 years old, executioner, became the new leader of the family.
At the age of 52, Uloho wanted to find the love of his live and marry. He began to look for a suitable spouse in Ife. Uloho fell in love with Nekesa, an ugly woman, 23 years old, a quarryman. Both married and lived together from now on. Half a year later, Uloho was assaulted by a jealous rival, but drove him away.
Later, Nekesa got pregnant, and gave birth to a monstrous looking girl named Butemwe.
